She was bossy. She was always telling him what to do and how to do it. She was constantly on his back about studying and schoolwork. Nagging was a second nature to her. She was often motherly towards him, making sure he completed work, ate right and got enough sleep. She looked out for his wellbeing, even when he didn't want her to. She pestered him about small things and fretted over the dangers of him playing Quidditch. When he told her his scar hurt she panicked, insisting he speak to someone of authority, despite the fact he protested saying it was no big deal. She was certainly bossy.

She was a goody two shoes. She looked down upon those who broke the rules and would only cause trouble herself when absolutely necessary (it couldn't be held against her that emergencies occurred quite often at Hogwarts). She took her job as prefect very seriously. Sometimes he wondered if she read the word wrong, mistaking her job as prefect for perfect. This attitude was a bit much to handle. Poor Ron suffered greatly when she went on her rampage against Fred and George. Of course she nagged him and made him feel guilty about not fulfilling his prefect duties. Ron couldn't decide who he feared more, her or his brothers. She was certainly a goody two shoes.

She was obsessive about schoolwork. She studied like there was no tomorrow. Her parchments were always at least 2 feet longer than required and full of information the teacher probably didn't know. Her hand was always the first raised in class and she always had the correct answer. There was truth hidden behind Snape's crude comments about her. A "know-it-all" he called her and she was, although it was not necessarily a bad thing. In fact it would not be so bad at all if she did not drag her friends into it as well. Sure she was helpful when he needed assistance on homework, but when she pestered him about homework he planned on finished later, it was a slight annoyance. She was certainly obsessive about schoolwork.

She was a bossy goody two shoes who was obsessive about schoolwork. But he loved her. She was not perfect, no person was. They say that love is blind, but he highly disagreed. Just because he loved her didn't mean he couldn't see her flaws. He saw her as a whole, her perfections and her imperfections as one. To love someone is to see his or her faults and accept them. Because if you ignore these faults then you do not love this person, rather you love an ideal version of them. He loved her and though he found some of her flaws irritating, he had come to regard most of them as endearing. He had grown accustomed to her habits and had grown to tolerate them. Because there was so much more to her that he enjoyed and so much more to her that he admired. Because despite her flaws, faults and imperfections, he loved her and frankly that's all that mattered.
