Chapter One
"God! I hate Trelawney!" Ron said for the thousandth time.
"Ron, it's your own fault that you have homework from Professor Trelawney," Hermione replied, making Ron glare at her.
"Well how was I to know she heard me!"
"Ron, how could you not know she was right behind you, when you said she was insane and needed to go to St. Mungo's?!" Harry asked.
"How was I to know? I didn't see her!"
"The point is, Ron--." Before she could finish her sentence, Harry and Ron vanished before her eyes.
**************************
"PANSY, GET OFF ME!!" Malfoy yelled, his temper getting the better of him.
"Draco! What is wrong with you today? I'm your girlfriend, you're going to be NICE to me!" hissed an outraged Pansy.
That response just made Malfoy even madder. "Pansy, I'm NOT your boyfriend! Get that through your thick head! And stop HANGING on me!"
She didn't say anything, but just turned around and stalked out of the common room.
"This has to be the worst thing that has happened, it can't get any worse." And, just as he said that, he too vanished.
**********************************
Harry and Ron looked around at their surroundings.
"Harry, do you know where we are?" asked Ron, noticeably frightened.
"No...I don't."
"Could--could You-Know-Who be in on this?"
Harry turned white at that idea. "I hope not."
Right then Malfoy appeared before them.
"Malfoy, what are you doing here?" The fright in Ron's voice had suddenly vanished.
"How would I know, Weasley? And where are we?"
"We don't know, Malfoy," Harry said very calmly.
Right then three people in hooded black cloaks came into view. That shocked all three of the boys, but unlike Harry and Ron, Malfoy would NEVER let any emotions show on his face, and he maintained his icy demeanor.
"Who--who are you?" said Ron, his voice shaking.
"You'll find out soon enough," one of them responded.
"Do you by any chance work for my father's lord or for my father?" inquired Malfoy cautiously.
The one who looked like the leader laughed at Malfoy's comment. "No, gorgeous, we don't work for Voldemort or for your father," the leader said.
"Then just who are you and what do you want?" Harry demanded.
"You'll also find that out later," the woman on the right said.
"Tell us what you want. Now," Malfoy said coldly.
"Oh, what do you think we should do with them, Erin?" one of the hooded women asked.
"Hmm...good question."
"Look I've had enough of not knowing what's going on! Tell us NOW what you plan on doing!" snapped Malfoy.
"Oh, calm yourself sweetie," said the previously silent one.
"Look, if you won't tell us what you plan on doing at least show yourselves," said Ron, gaining more confidence.
"Who ever said that we wouldn't tell you our plans?" said Erin as they pulled down their hoods. "I'm the one who thought of this I'm--"
But the short brunette cut her off. "YOU thought of this!? I'm the one who said it during study hall! If ANYONE should get credit for this it should be me!"
"Yes, you thought of it, but I found the way into this world and the spell to get them! So I should get credit too!"
"Oh yeah--"
"Kayla! Erin! Stop it!" said the third woman. "You need to think about the task at hand," she reminded them as they turned to look at her.
"Yes, you're right. As I was saying, I'm Erin Carlson, and this is--" she pointed to the blonde "-- Catlin Buley, and she's Kayla Larsen."
"Hello boys," said Kayla and Catlin
"Hi...now why did you bring us here?" they said.
"Erm...well, I don't know really," Erin said slowly.
"Oh great! Even our "leader" doesn't know what to do!" Kayla yelled.
"Calm down. Look, if you'd sit down we'll tell you."
"Sit? Where? There isn't anywhere," Harry said, puzzled.
"Yes, there is. You were too worried to look behind you, now sit down and we'll explain this all to you." Once everyone was seated, the three women told their story....
The day was going the same as it always did, when during study hall Kayla thought of something.
"Hey I have an idea!"
"Great, what is it?" Erin asked, bored already.
"Oh no -- is it stupid like all your other ideas?" Catlin asked, equally uninterested.
"No, what if we find a way into another world and bring Harry, Ron, and Malfoy into it!"
They just looked at her like she lost her mind. "You're joking...right?"
"No! It's a perfect plan!"
"Kayla there is no way that we can! I mean, how will we get into another world!?"
"Uh...."
"See Kayla, we can't"
"Yes we can! There's an opening out by the shed!"
Erin and Catlin simply sat staring at Kayla, utterly confused.
"You know, the one the boys found yesterday...?"
"Ohhhhh," Catlin and Erin said, as they finally figured it out.
"But how would we get them into it? I mean, I doubt that they're real, Kayla," Catlin mused.
"Well, we'll have to find out then, won't we?"
"Fine -- how do we get them there?" Catlin demanded.
"There's a spell I stumbled across yesterday; I think it had something to do with that!" Erin said.
"Good. We'll start tomorrow."
"So you just got bored and decided to bring us here?" Ron asked, baffled.
"Well yes and to hook Catlin up--oops! Shouldn't have said that!" Erin smirked at the look on Catlin's face.
"YOU WHAT? ERIN! NOT AGAIN!"
She winced at Catlin's tone. "What! I didn't do anything!" she said looking innocent. Catlin just glared at her and looked away. "...yet...."
"If you even try, I'll hurt you."
Erin just blinked at her.
"So what is your plan?" Harry asked, getting bored.
"Well, I really don't know, I didn't think about it...but then again, Catlin claims I can't think to begin with...."
Catlin rolled her eyes at her friend's sarcasm. "Well our "leader" will think of something...soon."
As to confirm her sentence Erin had a look on her face, "Oh Draco, may I ask you something?" she cooed in the sweetest voice she could.
"Don't call me Draco, and DON'T sound like Pansy," he replied coolly.
"Pansy? Pansy...I don't recall any 'Pansy,'" Erin said, thinking.
"The annoying blonde - the one that won't leave me alone." Malfoy said toneless.
"Ohhhhh right. Her."
"Yes. Some days I wish she would die."
Erin seemed to perk up at that. "That can be arranged," she said, smiling evilly at the look on Malfoy's face.
"Wha--what?"
"Erin, don't start that again," Kayla sighed.
"Start what?! I haven't started anything!"
"Okay Erin -- stop the "innocent" thing. You can tell it's fake!" Catlin snapped peevishly.
"Oh whatever," she muttered to herself.
"DO YOU EVEN HAVE ANY IDEA WHAT YOU ARE GOING TO DO WITH US?!!" Malfoy yelled, startling the girls for a minute.
"Uhhh...Catlin, I think we've stalled long enough," Erin said uneasily.
" I agree. You see boys, we have brought you here because we have something very important to tell you: all three of you are in grave danger."
