'That can't be right. Are you sure they haven't made a mistake?"

"It has to be, Minerva. They have never made a mistake before this," replied a thoughtful Dumbledore as he stared down at the letter in front him.

"But why didn't it show before? Magical ability is usually shown much earlier than this, why now?"

"Yes, it is very odd."

"And there are three of them, no less!"

"Yes, Minerva. I don't understand it either. If it is true, we should inform them immediately. Term is going to start in two months, and they need to catch up as much as they can before then."

Harry took a deep breath pointed his wand to the sky and yelled, "ACCIO FIREBOLT!"

"And CUT! That was great Dan! Five-minute break and then we'll get back to this scene and hopefully finish the flying stunts today. Great job everyone!"

Daniel grabbed a quick snack and plopped down on his chair. Just under a week left of filming, and he would be leaving the Harry Potter realm forever. It was so odd. He'd practically grown up here. After being in a magical world for so long, he felt worried that the real world might seem disappointing in comparison. In the midst of his confused thoughts, Emma came up and took a seat in the chair next to him.

"Hey Dan! Rupert and I are planning to go get a cup of coffee later. You know, it'll be the last decent cup of coffee we'll be getting in a while. Do you want to come?"

"Oh, yeah, yeah, that'd be great. Can you believe this is our last movie? I'm definitely going to miss it."

"Yeah, me too," Emma glanced around at the set, "Well, I'm going to go change out of these clothes. I'll see you after you're done filming."

"Alright. See you then."

Emma made her way to her dressing room. She sighed. Why had Dan brought that up? She had been trying to forget how much she was going to miss everyone. She changed and pulled her hair up into a ponytail. She was about to grab her hat and sunglasses when she noticed an envelope on top of them. She picked it up and r on the front: Emma Watson, Dressing room, Studio 56, Hollywood. She stared at it...this must be from a fan...yeah, it was probably made so it looked like it came from Hogwarts by owl. Maybe it was a sort of goodbye present. "Pretty creative," she said to no one in particular. She opened it and read:

Miss Emma Watson,

I am pleased to say that you have been accepted to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.

Term will begin September 1st. However, to get you ready for the upcoming year you will need to begin 3 weeks earlier. I would like to meet you and explain more in person. There is a sugar-spun quill on top of your dresser. It is a portkey. As soon as you finish this letter, touch it and it will take you into my office.

Sincerely,

Professor Dumbledore

After reading the letter two more times, Emma made her way to her dresser, took a deep breath, and picked up the quill. Nothing happened. She began mentally scolding herself for believing something that crazy...maybe she was so undecided about leaving her family here on the set, that she was trying to cling onto it somehow. She let go of the quill.. or she tried, but she felt her hand glued to the quill as she spun upward. She landed and fell with an "Oomph!" Now that was different, she thought as she stood up and dusted herself off. She looked around and her eyes landed on a man with a long silver beard and twinkling blue eyes, a man that was unmistakably Dumbledore. But, no, she was being silly. Dumbledore doesn't exist, Hogwarts isn't real.....maybe this was just some dream. A very realistic dream maybe, but a harmless one...

He smiled. "Hello Miss Watson. Please, take a seat."

Emma sat down and said timidly, "Hello Professor. It's an honor to meet you." Dumbledore just smiled.

"Welcome. I'm sure you know why you are here." Emma nodded, still unsure whether to believe what she was seeing. "I must say that I was most surprised by it. Most witches and wizards show their power much earlier than this. I am sure you'll be happy to know, however, that you are not the only one who decided to show their colors a bit late. Your friends Daniel Radcliffe and Rupert Grint are also wizards and they should be arriving as soon as they have found their letters. I don't want to begin the explanation without them; so, until then tell me a bit about yourself." Maybe she wasn't imagining things after all....

"Great job everyone! Get some rest this weekend, and I'll see you all Monday!"

Dan walked into his dressing room still dwelling on his thoughts of having to leave his magical haven. He took off his costume and threw on his t-shirt and pants. As he made to grab his socks and shoes, he noticed an envelope on his dresser. He opened the letter addressed to Daniel Radcliffe, Dressing room, Studio 56, Hollywood, and he read:

Mr. Daniel Radcliffe,

I am pleased to say that you have been accepted to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.

Term will begin September 1st. However, to get you ready for the upcoming year you will need to begin 3 weeks earlier. I would like to meet you and explain more in person. There is a bag of Bertie Bott's every Flavor Beans on top of your dresser. It is a portkey. As soon as you finish this letter, touch it and it will take you into my office.

Sincerely,

Professor Dumbledore

He stared at the letter in disbelief. "No. No, that can't be right. Can it?" He stared at the letter for a few moments before deciding that it didn't hurt to try. He walked over, braced himself, and picked up the bag of candy. When nothing happened, he thought Oh well. I guess you can't live in a dream world forev - "Ah!" Suddenly, his thoughts were interrupted and he was being lifted up, his hands glued to the bag. As quickly as it began, stopped, and he felt his knees buckle as he landed.

"Hello Mr. Radcliffe. It is nice of you to join us."

"It's nice to get the afternoon off," Rupert thought as he stretched out on his bed, thinking about his life after Harry Potter. Suddenly, he heard a loud hoot as a large barn owl swooped into his window dropped a letter on his head and took off again. "What the&hell?" shouted Rupert sitting up so fast that the letter flew 5 feet away only to smack the wall and land on the ground. He momentarily forgot about the letter as he tried to absorb what had just happened. He shook his head and bent down to pick up the letter. He read:

Mr. Rupert Grint,

I am pleased to say that you have been accepted to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.

Term will begin September 1st. However, to get y ready for the upcoming year you will need to begin 3 weeks earlier. I would like to meet you and explain more in person. There is a Chocolate Frog on top of your dresser. It is a portkey. As soon as you finish this letter, touch it and it will take you into my office.

Sincerely,

Professor Dumbledore

"Bloody hell..." Rupert whispered as he finished reading the letter. He looked up at his dresser and sure enough there was the Chocolate Frog. Cautiously he got up and made to pick up the Frog. As soon as he did, he felt stupid to think that he had believed something like that was even possible. Maybe he'd spent too much time in the last few years working on the movies. Still, it was worth a try. Just when he had decided to open the box he felt his feet lift off from the floor. He spun through the air until finally he landed...flat on his back in a strange but oddly familiar place.
