Harry and Ginny quarrel because she wants to accompany him, Ron and Hermione on the quest for the Horcruxes and to fight Voldemort, but he wants her to stay behind, ostensibly for her own safety. It takes Ron's homespun wisdom to convince his friend that it would be logical to have all the help he can possibly muster in said quest...help which includes Ginny.
