Harry is being the classic superhero by deciding to run away and defeat Voldemort by himself. Hermione desperately tries to stop him to convince him to stay... and perhaps convince him of a few other things as well.

I had become superfluous. Unnecessary. Unwanted. And instead of fighting for what I wanted, I retreated in the heat of the battle.

Professor Binns is the boringest teacher in the whole wide world. And I don't care if Hermione says he's interesting -- he's boring. So, it's not like anybody, except my mum and dad, expects me to pay attention in History of Magic. They all know that there's no possible way that I'll ever survive a class like that without SOMETHING more interesting to do. So, in the light of that, my mind started wandering and I began to wonder, how could Harry kill You-Know-Who?

Severus goes to Hermione's relative's villa in Italy during the summer vacation to learn about the muggle world, and she _surprises_ him with ``more than her intellect. Tells of how he learns to deal with her vivacious family and finds that he actually knows how to have fun. Plane rides, pranks, dancing, festivals, traditions, trips to Lake Como, and more! Animals are occasionally thrown in to add 'spunk' to the story as well.
